Equipped with PLC computer control, the YE-Q1S automatic pipe cutting machine automatic feeding by servo motor. Various configuration possibilities allow for a variety of applications to be cut with length from 7 to 100 mm. An optimal combination of proven state-of-the-art components results in outstanding production rates.
- Machinery main circuit is controlled by imported PLC computer, the operation is on simple, sensitive, easy maintenance.
- Servo motors is used to automatic feeding, precision lead screw, linear bearings, cutting accuracy ±0.03mm.
- Counters can be set the number of processing, automatic stop when it completely.
- Counters can be accumulated record of work a day.
- When the processing size changed, you only need to change the size in the text display to work, without manual positioning or hardware positioning.
