Continuous drive friction welder (servo numerical control type)
1. Structure
(1). Machine base: In order to withstand high thrust and improve welding accuracy, high strength steel plate is used for welding. Annealing treatment has good durability. The quality of friction welding process is guaranteed.
(2). Spindle: The bearings are uniquely designed to withstand high-speed rotation and high thrust with outstanding durability. The cast iron spindle body is fixed to the main box to ensure durability. (Except for special machines such as head moving type)
(3). Sliding table (linear guide): The slide rail adopts Taiwan Shangyin heavy linear guide rail, which can minimize the sliding resistance.
(4). Spindle nose: High quality spring steel (heat treated) is used for durability
(5). Spindle drive system (servo motor): The spindle is driven by a servo motor, which is transmitted by a strong belt. The speed of the spindle can be set arbitrarily by frequency conversion control.
(6). Slide table position detection (electronic ruler) : the use of high-precision magnetic scale. It can be detected with high precision, and can be easily set with numerical input, so there is no need to make tedious adjustments. It is a non-standard contact ruler and requires no maintenance.
(7). Moving clamper: The material on the fixed side is clamped using the horizontal clamp clamp of the oil pressure on the work table. Unique structure, the whole fine grinding heat treatment of high hardness, can obtain high precision, stable clamping state.
(8). Oil pressure control: In friction welding, the control of thrust will directly affect the joint quality. We use a unique program to control the proportional valve, which can achieve high precision joint results. The closed-loop control hydraulic system ensures the stability of pressure.
(9). Microcomputer Control (PLC): Omron PLC controller is used to ensure the stability of product welding.
