Double head automatic tube chamfering machine is horizontal machine. It drive transmission shaft by double servo motor. It can chamfer copper aluminum tube or pipe automatically in different diameter and thickness in both side. Inner and outside chamfer are available.
Compared with the traditional manual chamfer, automatic chamfering machine can deal with the pipe in correct and standard with high efficient. Machine give you more return and profit.
YE-Z1 Double head automatic tube chamfering machine use the vibration plate feeder working system, take the pipe by three pneumatic vices, clamper to hold the material. The servo motor system control by PLC. Transmission shaft with drive the knife to chamfer. The maximum tube size can up to 50 sqmm. Length from 7 mm to 52 mm.
