Equipped with PLC computer control, the YE-Q3 automatic copper and aluminum profile cutting machine adopts servo motor automatic feeding. Various configuration possibilities allow cutting lengths from 6mm to 6m for a variety of applications.

1.Machinery main circuit is controled by imported PLC computer,the operation is on simple,sensitive,easy maintenance.

2.Servo motors is used to automatic feeding,precision lead screw,linear bearings,cutting accuracy ±0.03mm.

3.Counters can be set the number of processing,automatic stop when it completely.

4.Counters can be accumulated record of work a day.

5.When the processing size changed,you only need to change the size in the text display to work,without manual positioning or handware positioning;
